Neumos or Chop Suey - not gay bars, but checkout their lineups this weekend to see if anything is interesting. Top 40, drag queens, muscular go-go boys, and despite that still attracts a sizable straight crowd. 3 floors, bar downstairs, lounge mid floor, dance floor upstairs. It's a more gay/leather crowd and is only really busy on Saturday. There's also a patio, but not as good as Pony IMO. There's two rooms, one has ambient music and pool/bar games and the other is the dance floor. Sometime the lines can be long for pool but have a beer and relax.
